As a leader of Hidden Figures, the magazine that you are currently reading was especially difficult to write compared to the first version. Due to the more severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was more difficult to take action, build up plans, and as a result, struggle to write this magazine. However, like always, I think that it is a great opportunity to write this magazine and spread social awareness with everyone, especially the readers of my organization, peace, equal rights, and inequality. Also, I believe that since the issue is getting worse and is unsure when it will end, there should be more cooperation, taking action together.

With this have been said, I would like to introduce one of my favorite quotes stated by Henry Ford, an American industrialist. "Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success." Based on my experience, It is important that as a leader, the first step should be bringing people together for learning, then the next step should be trying to get to know each other with several processes, and lastly working as a whole will lead to a favorable outcome. Finally, I would like to state my last words that this magazine is more focused on trying our best with working in our community by funding and collaborating with school activities.
