Hidden Figures' 1st Supervisor
Ms.MacDonald, Hidden Figures' supervisor had an interview with us to talk about the great opportunity that she has made with our service organization.
She has stated, "It is wonderful to watch students take an interest in the world around them and decide to make a change! Alyssa and Zoe have become passionate about educating others about inequality, and are helping to make "hidden figures" in our society more visible. People need to learn to be open-minded and to put themselves in someone else's shoes.
The girls have harnessed the power of social media and the internet and have spread knowledge and educated others by creating videos and posts highlighting a variety of marginalized groups.
They speak so passionately about the causes that they champion, and pour their enthusiasm and dedicated work ethic into their ongoing projects each day!"
