Introduction of Hidden Figures & Inequality in Celebration

Hidden Figures' vision statement is to represent peoples' voices who are hiding from the society because of the unequal and marginalized rights. This has been made with just a simple idea of helping the school community starring the UNSDGs Number 5, Gender Equality, Number 10 Reduced Inequalities, and

Number 16 Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. In addition, these days, there has been a lot of global issues related to inequalities. We, as students, don't want to make a community, similar to the society where discrimination, unequal rights go on, instead, a better community for everyone to live in. To make this happen, achieve the future without inequalities, Hidden Figures is going to take little steps from the school, to the community, to the country, and then into the world. Through these little steps, we hope to inspire others to join and support the minorities even in this troubling situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. This Youth Organization is not only going until Middle school but goes until the day when everyone has equal rights and not faces these inequality issues.

This inequality in celebration is very significant because it could tell us about the history of inequality and how it has changed currently in our daily lives. Not only that, but it also gives us a way to raise awareness of the issues. Any campaigns or projects that could be done with Hidden Figures and other people. Since our goal is to spread awareness, inequality of celebration is one of the main parts of this service organization. In some of the celebrations, some people were able to take action with us. It was a great opportunity for others to be risk-taker and take part. Since this is Hidden Figures' first magazine, we have built up 8 celebrations in total. Please read them carefully and have the chance to take action in different kinds of ways.
