World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is celebrated on October 10th.

It is a day that was selected to commemorate raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and in support of mental health. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries.

Do you think you are mentally healthy? Being mentally healthy doesn’t just mean that you don’t have a mental health problem. If you’re in good mental health, you can make the most of your potential, cope with life, and play a full part in your family, workplace, community, and among friends. Mental health is everyone's business! Even you shouldn't take it lightly!

Then how can you help? With the campaign slogan of Mental health care for all: let’s make it a reality, the WHO (World Health Organization) is holding a campaign where even you can showcase your intention to help! Make the world a better place for everyone suffering from life's hurdles on top of the COVID-19 pandemic!
