Leaving No One Behind in a Post-Pandemic World provided a special conversation with Ban Ki-Moon and Angelina Jolie. Ban Ki-Moon introduces Angelina Jolie by stating, "We must do more to engage and empower the youth as they are the enablers to achieve the global goals and forge a brighter world for all." which gave a strong message to the audience that we as people should spread awareness in order to live in a better society. Angelina Jolie talks about her stance on refugee protection and that refugee shouldn't be considered a burden. In addition, she stated that throughout her experiences, she has learned that this could bring us to a new understanding of how much we have got to link arms and work together to be good to each other and value each other. "Make decisions that do not put ourselves in front of their health, their rights, and their possibilities by taking from them and limiting the support we should be giving."

In addition, in the session of Creative Solutions for a Sustainable Society, Merlee Jayme, the Global President of Dentsu Mcgarrybowen & Chairmom Dentsu Jayme Syfu Philippines, one of the panelists has stated about creative solutions to solve the problem of an issue with students having a hard time carrying them at school and the incident that happened with the Philippines; the flood caused to have the books all wet and torn out. For this to be solved, Merlee Jayme used the idea of a phone to turn the sim card into textbooks. Furthermore, there has been a lot of dead whales dead with full of garbage in the stomach but, nobody cared in the Philippines.

However, one day there was a whale that was made with trash. This became viral and showed the significance of taking action in environmental issues.
With this information has been said, I thought that this conference was very helpful and heart- touching. I have learned a lot within inequalities and how it is affecting the world these days. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has made society worse within inequalities and human rights, the different kinds of solutions that have been discussed by Angelina Jolie, Ban Ki-Moon, and Merlee Jayme really caused me to think about how we could develop and build up progress. I believe that this kind of special opportunity cannot come once again and use different strategies to raise and spread awareness.
